NOOS was founded by Martin Minkovic.
Martin is drawn to exploration: new fields, different places, unfamiliar perspectives and the questions that emerge when a single answer is not obvious.
I believe a meaningful life should be intentionally designed rather than passively inherited.
One conviction
Work should support a life rather than consume it.
Income around life, not life around income.
The aim is not to avoid ambition. It is to build a professional life that leaves room for health, time, relationships, creativity and freedom.
Another
The world is too complex to be understood from a single perspective.
I try to remain curious about what I might be missing. Complexity should deepen judgement, not paralyse it.
I don’t see ambition and kindness as opposites.
Success should create more freedom, but also more capacity to create, contribute and make life better for the people around us.
